Newborn Baby Phoebe

Phoebe came in for her newborn mini session at 8 days old. She definitely came in wide eyed but “eventually” got sleepy. Not until after we wrapped her up for a bit though. I love when we get the chance to get a good open eye picture. It doesn’t happen that often as babies this age spend their photography session eating and sleeping but once in a while there’s an e tea alert baby that surprises me.

I’m also starting to fall in love with bold colours like the ones used in this newborn session. I have almost every colour you could imagine, I’ve just always leaned towards neutrals. I still love my neutrals but I do a little happy dance inside when someone requests my darker colours.

I really feel in love with Phoebe (and her name) and had so much fun taking her pictures. Bring me all the cute babies please 😉
